Brian Anderson earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in 1999. From an artist’s perspective, he sees the garden bed with a creative aesthetic. Shape, color, texture, and space all play a part in creating a balanced and beautiful environment.

He appreciates the individuality each plant has to offer and encourages nature’s natural integrity through selective pruning and expert deadheading. He fosters a holistic approach using organic techniques from the ground up.

Starting with soil integrity, he uses organic compost as a rich, nutrient-based supplement that enhances soil structure and boosts microbial activity. This leads to healthier plants and improved erosion resistance.

His meticulous focus on precise hand-weeding reflects his commitment to creating and maintaining a well-groomed garden bed. He is happy to assist with year-round maintenance, seasonal cleanups, plant design and installation, and drip system repair and upkeep.
